It promises to help you lose 6-10 pounds in two weeks. It promises you will drop a jean size. The rules are simple:
bowl for breakfast
bowl for lunch
regular dinner
what is a regular dinner? Does this actually work? I researched it and found very few results. A lot of comments - i did i, it worked and a lot of studies "only eating cereal for a prolonged period of time deprives you of nutrients and fiber" but no record of how someone did it.
Well here it goes. This is my record of how im doing it, and we will see if it works.

I'm no expert, but if you're worried about nutrients with all that cereal, try a small serving of grilled chicken, turkey or fish (serving equals the size of a deck of cards) and all the veggies you want for dinner. Depending on how many calories you have left for snack, yogurt and berries are great. (Two tricks to sticking with healthy yogurt are getting plain lowfat yogurt and sweetening it with Splenda, or try Greek fat free yogurt).
